We are observing many times during the implementation of the Quality Management System in any Organization, people’s are not having the awareness how to address the corrections or corrective actions to sort out the particular problem or non conformity in the system. Sometimes they get confused what is the difference between correction and corrective action. Due to this the identified non conformity not closing effectively and due to this cause problems get repeated or occurrence gets increased for particular the non conformity in the process.
