There are 2 types of people

Type 1

  • Who wants to try out a path on his own without the help of any master and the result would not be very beneficial and productive maybe.
  • Type 2

  • Who wants to walk on a path by following the steps of his GURU and he is guaranteed definite success.
  • So to make your spiritual journey successful you must follow the one who has already achieved success in that path.
  • Not only your Guru will help you in the spiritual journey but will also guide you in your household life — he will give you intuition powers to decide what is good and what is bad for your life, he will give you powers to decide what path to take which will benefit your soul and he will guide you which path to avoid, he will help you to inculcate discipline in your lives, he will help us gain self-control over our mind and will also help us direct our senses in the right direction, he will prevent us to fall into any troubles by helping us control our lives by providing wisdom.
  • Celebrate this day with your GURU

The celebration of Guru Poornima is marked by spiritual activities and may include a ritualistic event in honor of the Guru that is, the teachers which is called Guru Pooja.

  • On this day, disciples offer pooja (worship) or pay respect to their Guru(spiritual guide). In addition to having religious importance, this festival has great importance for Indian academics and scholars. Indian academics celebrate this day by thanking their teachers as well as remembering past teachers and scholars.
