Indian National Safety Day (NSD) is celebrated on the 4th March of each year to create awareness among the public and reduce accidents. Now it’s celebrating for whole week i.e. 4th to 10th March of each year as campaign. National Safety Council (NSC) was founded by Ministry of Labor, Govt. of India on 4th March 1966 and 1st campaign was launched in 1972 and this year we are celebrating 50thnational safety week. It is celebrating in the Industries, Trade Unions, Govt. Departments, Regulatory Agencies, NGO and institutions.
