- Connection of one energy to energy. This called Meditation. We are sitting on one place peacefully.

Whatever we are thinking, doing or speaking this is energy which spreading in this Universe and reaching to another energy (Peoples) Once they received our energy they are also exchanging their energy which again return back to us. Sometimes immediately if no disturbance or sometimes it’s reaching late due to disturbance.

YOGA
